Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once processed, please allow an additional 2-7 days to receive. 

Preorder items will ship within 3 weeks of order placement. If ordering other items, your order will not ship until preorder items are in stock. 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

USPS takes 2-7 business days.(Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Aquieese Ships all of the world. Shipping options are listed at check out. If Customs charges occur please note that the buyer (you) is 100% responsible for the fees. Aquiesse is not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs. International orders are all FINAL SALE. Please email service@aquiesse.com with any overseas shipping questions/concerns.
